The City of South Bend is proposing several amendments to Chapter 15.20 SBMC, Zoning Ordinance. The first amendment adds three new definitions to SMBC 15.04.020. The second amendment adds new requirements regarding the parking of recreational vehicles (RVs) and boats on the public right-of-way and their use as living accommodations on private property. The third amendment pertains to the siting of cargo shipping containers and semitrailers on private property. The fourth amendment changes Temporary Use Permits from a Type 2 to a Type 1 permit.
