Proposed Subdivision Code The City of South Bend is proposing to repeal the Land Division provisions of Division IV, Sections 15.62 through 15.68 of the South Bend Municipal Code and replace it with a new subdivision ordinance. The city has prepared the draft subdivision code to keep it current with changes in state law, allow for binding site plan provisions, and provide clearer review procedures and requirements for both the city and subdivision applicants.
