Proclamation by the Governor - Amending and extending emergency proclamations

Governor Inslee has issued Proclamation 20-23, pertaining to Utility Ratepayer Assistance and Preservation of Essential Services. The City of South Bend is committed to keeping our customers connected to essential services during the COVID-19 pandemic emergency. If you are experiencing hardship as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, you may be eligible for support, including long-term payment arrangements or bill assistance. This Proclamation does not relieve customers from the obligation to pay for utility services.

South Bend City Hall Update:

City Hall’s front office will remain closed for the foreseeable future. We have been working on the appropriate requirements needed for reopening to the public, but at this time, due to the very limited footprint of City Halls front entrance and the recent positive cases of COVID-19 in Pacific County the city feels that it is best to remain closed to the public at this time.

All services are still available and everyone is still encouraged to use the payment drop box located next to the front door of city hall. If you have any questions, concerns, or if you need assistance with ANY city-related issue please don’t hesitate to call us at 360-875-5571. We are here to assist you.

If you have a case pending in Municipal Court please call Lisa at 360-875-5571.
